The inspiration for The Achieva Factor came from an Achieva client complaining about the lack of local Real Estate information. “A client called the office and asked if Mortgage Lending stopped?”, recalled Danielle Dustman, Achieva’s Vice President. "She thought we had to stop looking at houses because of what she heard on the news" Dustman said. "I mentioned this challenge to Adam and he suggested that we inform the public somehow.'"

The idea that there could be a way to deliver factual information to online caught the attention of Achieva Realty. “I want the average “Joe the Plumber” to have access to factual information in today’s market. Worcester County’s Real Estate market is in fantastic shape. Sales are soft but stable.” Said Adam Pasquale, Broker/Owner of Achieva Realty.

Today, users will begin using the pilot version of The Achieva Factor. Unlike other free web-based services, The Achieva Factor is built on the idea that users should be able to have access to local information and interpretation.
